Terms of Use

1.Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is intended for school-age children and may be accessed only through an account created by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose details are provided, that you are 18 or older, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy on the child's behalf. Each account is for one child. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

2.Registration and Login

Accounts may be created using Google sign-in or email with a one-time password (OTP). You must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy at registration before proceeding. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Only one active session is permitted per account at a time.

3.The Course and Access

Upon successful payment, the parent or guardian is granted access to the AI Masterclass for the enrolled child for a limited period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for the use of the enrolled child only. We may add, update, or improve course content from time to time.

4.Fees and Payment

The current fee for the course is Rs. 599 including applicable GST, as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. All fees are payable in advance and access is granted only after payment is confirmed.

5.Refunds and Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, record, download, or redistribute course content.
• Share account credentials or allow access by anyone other than the enrolled child.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, security measures, or usage limits.
• Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms other users or the Service.

7.Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, study material, quizzes, text, graphics, and the AIJU character, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by law. Your access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for the enrolled child's own learning during the access period. No other rights are granted.

8.Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including a payment gateway (Razorpay), a video hosting and streaming provider (Bunny), an email service provider, and Google sign-in. Your use of these features may also be subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers that are beyond our reasonable control.

9.Educational Nature and Disclaimers

The Service provides educational content on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for quality and continuity, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or uninterrupted, error-free access. Content is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

10.Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these Terms are breached, in particular where content is copied, shared, or pirated, where credentials are misused, or where the Service is used unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course, and the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

12.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution mechanism specified by the Company.
