Refund and Cancellation Policy

The AI Masterclass is a digital course. Access to course content is granted immediately upon successful payment and is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.

As access is granted immediately on payment, an enrolment cannot be cancelled once course content has been accessed. You may choose to stop using the Service at any time, but the access period will continue to run.

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment: where you were charged more than once for the same enrolment, the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
• Payment deducted without access: where payment is debited but access is not granted due to a technical failure, we will either grant access or refund the amount in full.
• No content accessed: where no course content has been accessed, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, at our discretion.

Write to support@beinfinity.com with your registered email address and the order reference. We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable period. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, and the time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Where access is suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Use, including sharing or piracy of course content, no refund is payable.
